Will To Lam send agents to Germany to kidnap AIC Chairwoman?

July 29, 2024

An inside source said:

In the past several years, To Lam has been requesting his juniors in the Ministry of Public Security to try their best to arrest many people in Advanced International Company of Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan in order to get evidence to oust incumbent Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, but so far they have not succeeded. Nhan is also General Director of the firm.

Faced with this helpless situation, To Lam is currently having his juniors scoop up the remaining employees at AIC, arresting or detaining contractors, field staff, drivers, and secretaries of Nhan, and is even searching for her housekeeper. To Lam hopes to find some evidence, for example, finding the intermediary employee who gave Ms. Nhan’s bribe money to PM Chinh.

This shows that PM Chinh is very skillful. He is a police officer with the rank of Lieutenant General and once held the position of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Intelligence of the Ministry of Public Security, so he is very knowledgeable about the profession, there is no way he will leave any traces as To Lam hopes.

The above also shows that PM Chinh has not given up the race for the position of General Secretary and is making other moves.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nhàn, Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị kiêm Tổng giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần Tiến bộ Quốc tế (AIC).

In fact, if the Party Central Committee votes to elect a new General Secretary, Chinh has a high chance of winning. Therefore, To Lam is going crazy and doing everything to find evidence that Chinh took bribes.

Last year, To Lam successfully extradited AIC Chief Accountant Do Van Son back to the country (Mr. Son fled to the United Arab Emirates). To Lam thoroughly exploited this clue, but there were no results.

The only way left for To Lam was to kidnap Nhan from Germany and bring her back to Vietnam.

It can be said that the final match between State President To Lam and PM Chinh is a fierce battle between two police generals competing for the party chief position.
